JMB Party Rentals, a d/b/a of JMBL Management Inc, provides event and party-equipment rentals in the Fort Worth, Texas area. This policy applies to our public website, checkout, customer account and order tools, contact forms, text-message program, and related rental services.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, billing address, and delivery or event address.
• Rental information: event date and times, venue, rental items, setup details, notes, signatures, delivery instructions, and communications with us.
• Account and business information: saved contacts, venues, company or organization details, and authorized coordinators when relevant to an order.
• Communication choices: email preferences and the date, time, IP address, authorizer, and wording associated with text-message consent or opt-out requests.
• Delivery records: status updates, signatures, notes, and photographs captured when needed to document delivery, setup, pickup, condition, or service issues.

Payment information

Card entry is handled by Square. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We receive payment status, transaction identifiers, card labels, and—when you expressly choose to save a card—a Square customer or saved-card identifier so we can process authorized payments, refunds, and account activity.

Website and device information

Our hosting, security, analytics, advertising-measurement, and chat providers may automatically receive information such as IP address, browser and device details, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, timestamps, and interactions with the site. We do not intentionally send card details or the contents of private order links to analytics services.

3. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses cookies and browser storage to keep your cart, selected date, delivery address, language, coupon, checkout-resume state, and sign-in session working. These functions are necessary to provide the feature you requested. Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the HighLevel chat widget may also use cookies or similar technology under their own policies to measure site use, campaign performance, and chat activity.

4. How we use information

• prepare quotes; reserve, deliver, service, and collect rental equipment;
• process payments, deposits, refunds, credits, tips, invoices, and accounting records;
• confirm identity and provide customer, coordinator, and driver-facing order tools;
• send transactional messages, delivery updates, requested reminders, and—with separate consent—marketing messages;
• maintain inventory availability, unit status, route planning, contracts, safety records, and service history;
• prevent fraud and misuse, protect the website, troubleshoot problems, and improve our services and marketing; and
• meet tax, accounting, legal, insurance, and dispute-resolution obligations.

5. Sale, marketing, and analytics disclosures

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Google analytics and advertising-measurement services may receive online identifiers and interaction data; you can disable those optional tags using the control above.

6. Email and text messages

Transactional messages concern a quote, order, payment, delivery, pickup, agreement, or service request. Promotional email and promotional text messages use separate choices. 7. How long we keep information

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described in this notice, including providing rentals, maintaining safety and service history, keeping tax and accounting records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We may retain consent and opt-out evidence so we can honor and demonstrate your communication choices.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Payment-card entry is provided by Square, and the site uses encrypted HTTPS connections. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send full card numbers or card security codes by email, text message, contact form, or postal mail.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold personal information about you and provide a copy;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete information, subject to legal and operational exceptions;
• stop promotional messages or optional analytics; or
• review a decision we made about a prior privacy request.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and booking services are intended for adults arranging events and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask a child under 13 to create an account or submit personal information. If you believe a child provided information to us without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and remove it.
